[UPDATE] After reading all your comments and doing more research, we decided to pass on Vanilla Brides and go with a local photographer who just quit her 9-5 to pursue photography full time!. and they have universally positive reviews. The pricing of their packages is a steal for our VHCOL area (SF Bay Area), and I'm nervous it's too.

They have still not sent me my edited first look which is what I listed as one of my top things to record. Then they emailed me saying here it is and it was someone else's first look with the same first.
