The Bakery — NORTHERN RYE Handcrafted, small batch microbakery
Preheat oven to 350F and grease or line a muffin pan with liners. Soften your butter in the microwave (don't let it melt the whole way). Beat in sugar, banana/applesauce, milk, vanilla until smooth. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and fold into the wet mixture (do not overmix). Transfer to muffin pan.
